La Nèzz products are made in the US. We use domestic and imported, highest quality ingredients.




DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?


No. La Nèzz by Lionezz stands for being an animal lover. She is a vegan herself and all products are cruelty-free and vegan.




ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows: DOMESTIC
USPS Tracking: $13.75 flat rate, Free with orders over $50




HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?


The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday). Due to Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.




CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?


Please contact us via contact@lanezz.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed.




CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.




WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, La Nèzz in La Nezz LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
